About Laura Creavalle

Laura Creavalle is one of the most popular figures in woman’s bodybuilding.
Known for her  striking, aesthetic and symmetrical physique.

For over a decade she has remained among the elite in this rather demanding pastime. She has added extra dimension to the sport with an intelligent and inspirational approach.  Her career is very diversified being a bodybuilder, author, chef, trainer and entrepreneur.

Laura Creavalle is  current dedicated is helping others to achieve both Physical Fitness as well as Financial Fitness.  Together with her brother Derek Creavalle, a successful entrepreneur and business owner, they created a framework to help others succeed.

They believe that if you lack either physical or financial fitness you will have an unhealthy life, as one cannot be enjoyed to it’s maximum without the other.

Laura Creavalle started bodybuilding  in 1983 as a lightweight at the Novice Ontario Championships. She emerged as the winner that evening and the rest is history.

Guyanese by birth, she qualified for and won the Caribbean and the World Championships the same year. This amazing athlete in an astounding run garnered the Southern California, California and U.S.A. titles as well as the U.S.A. and National Mixed Couples Championships. Qualifying as a Pro, her winning ways continued. She emerged winner in three (3) Ms. International and Ms. Extravaganza Championships. Laura Creavalle has the unique distinction of having the highest number of runner-up positions and the record for the most consecutive appearances in the most prestigious Pro Championship MS. OLYMPIA.

Laura Creavalle  has fond memories and respect for the other bodybuilding legends such as Rachael Mc Lish the first Ms Olympia Title Holder. Carla Dunlap from whom she gained inspiration, Cory Everson and Lenda Murray who all made the sport what it is today and the journey more exciting.

Lee Haney, a wise teacher and Shawn Ray a great inspiration in those days. Laura is thankful for all those competitors that paved the way for people like Jay Cutler the need breed of Bodybuilder.

The competition is still fierce and the sport even more exciting. Laura’s focus is to now give back as much as she received from the sport she is so passionate about.
